Steven Sharma, Human Resources Administrator
Currently, I am part of Workway’s Operations Support Team responsible for Onboarding and Employee Support. I am responsible for engaging and interacting with employees during their assignments while employed at Workway. I pride myself on building relationships and resolving employee issues. I believe the key to building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with employees requires listening to your employees and clients. Additionally, I help all new hires complete their background checks and onboarding documentation in a timely fashion as well as in accordance with federal and state laws. Previously, I was a Senior Recruiting Manager supporting Workway’s California branch. I start my carrier in customer support but a few years ago something inspired me to get into Technical recruiting, and I love it. There is nothing more significant than finding opportunities for smart people to do the awesome thing, and it’s a fantastic process that I feel lucky to participate in. I love meeting new people and learning new things.
Outside of working hours, I enjoy music, Bike riding, and spending time with nature.
