Timesheets must be submitted each Monday by 12:00 noon PST for timely payment of wages. Your recruiter will provide you a login and user guide for the online portal.

In accordance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Workway BancForce offers affordable medical insurance that provides at least minimum value to temporary employees who meet specific eligibility requirements. Employees are eligible to enroll if they work an average of 30 or more hours per week and have been employed by Workway BancForce for at least 60 days.

Elections are made only during a specific open enrollment period. Employees who elect to enroll in medical benefits will be covered on the first of the month following 59 days of employment. Workway BancForce contributes a portion of the medical premium and employees who choose to enroll are responsible for the remainder through payroll deduction.

Additionally, Workway BancForce offers voluntary dental and vision insurance to employees, with the same eligibility requirements as the Medical Insurance.

Finally, Workway BancForce offers a competitive 401(k) program to its temporary employees, with a generous match. Eligibility for the 401(k) program does require one year of service (including any breaks in service), and a minimum number of hours worked. Eligibility begins either on January 01 or July 01 following the minimum requirements having been met.

The Payroll Service Center is available from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST to assist employees with questions regarding:

  • Incorrect pay amounts
  • Missing pay from previous pay period
  • Reissuing a lost or stolen paycheck
  • Status of Direct Deposit
  • Garnishments
  • Tax deductions, W4, other tax-related issues
  • Updating addresses, telephone numbers, or e-mail addresses
  • Time submittal requirements
  • Technical issues with the Employee Portal
  • Paylocity password resets
  • Verification of Employment

One of our highest priorities is paying you quickly.  You are responsible for promptly and accurately submitting your time at the end of your work week.  As long as you submit your time in accordance with Workway BancForce’s policy, you will be paid within 7 days from the end of your pay period. You will be paid in accordance with the pay option (Direct Deposit or Money Netword Card) you selected through our online onboarding system.
