I am an Electronics Engineer with over 3 years of experience in the field of full-cycle recruitment, which includes an in-depth understanding of jobs, candidate evaluation, job postings, training, and handling the entire recruitment process. I love recruitment because I enjoy making connections, establishing rapport with candidates, dealing with different and new situations daily. I’m all about using the best tools and technologies as having the right tools for the job is important when finding the right candidate for a job.
They say, “Good things take time. But really great things happen in a blink of an eye.” This is so true to the recruitment process. The process may seem long and tedious at times but when you help someone who is really in need of a job find a great opportunity, it is one of the best feelings!
Apart from recruiting, I consider myself to have many interests and talents including love for nature, music, art, and sports. I wish to have a perfumery one day.
