Beatrice Kyle, Recruiter – TX, FL
I am a recruiter for our Dallas and Florida teams, and I enjoy the opportunity to talk to different people each day and learn about different positions and careers. It feels good to be a small part of someone’s life but have the potential to make a big difference. I strive to create a positive experience for each candidate and/or client that I encounter and meet their needs to the best of my ability.
Before working at Workway, I was an elementary teacher for first grade and then kindergarten, and I was part of our campus hiring team. I feel that a lot of my skills and experience as a teacher crossover to my current role as a recruiter to help me build relationships with candidates and clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, baking and decorating cookies, and spending time with family, friends, and our two dogs – a corgi and a labrador retriever.
