I was contacted by a Workway recruiter via text one day. They were looking for a Central Operations Specialist. This is a great way to communicate especially since I’m on my phone 24/7. They asked if I knew someone with experience and I told them, that would be me. The interview process began the next day after submitting my resume to the company. They somehow found me from CareerBuilder, I think. So many places to put yourself out there when job searching. The recruiter has been very supportive and communicates thoroughly throughout the hiring process. The expectations of the pay and job were discussed in depth. Prior to my interview with the actual hiring manager, the recruiter provided coaching tips for the interview and followed through weekly after I got the position.  Workway is a great hiring agency that pairs employees with the best companies in town. The company also employs caring recruiters, that are accompanied with years of knowledge.
