Michael Casey, Regional Sales Director
Michael joined the Workway team in April 2023. Throughout his 20-year career combined with working in the Mortgage and Recruiting Industry, he has proven to be a top producer. As a Recruiter, his focus was placing physicians in rural locations all over the United States on a permanent basis. In the Mortgage & Banking industry, he started as a Loan Officer and then as a Branch Manager, running a team of 10 Loan officers. Over time he developed an interest in working more on the Investment side of the Mortgage Industry.
Michael started working exclusively with Real Estate Investors and was commonly asked to speak at different Real Estate investor club meetings nationwide. He educated new investors on avoiding pitfalls when rehabbing properties and what qualifications are needed when obtaining a private money loan. Michael also kickstarted an Affiliate lender program that allowed mortgage brokers to streamline the process of originating loans for their book of real estate investor clients.
