Hi my name is Lala, and I’m a Recruiting Manager for Workway! I started my career in recruiting and enjoy recruiting because I love the impact I can make in people’s lives and genuinely enjoy networking. I believe I have found my niche, and it is so rewarding knowing that I can create the opportunity of a lifetime for others.
Outside of work, I’m your typical girly-girl who dreams of fashion and makeup. I’m always up to date on the latest trends, and never miss a beat. My hobbies include shopping, doing makeup, gossiping about the latest blogs, and watching loads of reality tv (it’s my guilty pleasure). After work you can find me on the couch, wine in hand watching the real housewives, or with friends trying new restaurants/brunch spots all over the city.
