As a Human Resource Administrator at Workway, I am responsible for Onboarding and Employee Support. I engage and interact with employees during their assignments while employed at Workway. I am accountable for accurate completion of the Onboarding/Screening life cycle which includes onboarding paperwork, I9, background checks and drug test in a timely fashion, as well as in accordance with federal and state laws
I have a master’s degree in business administration and have been working in high-volume for 3+ Years. I believe that growth of an individual is a sum of effective learning and chaos management while always being ready to take up new challenges and explore. Every opportunity that I get, I enjoy developing new skills and learning about new industries. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching cricket.
