Workway Hot Job referral: We need you to help us find the perfect candidate to fill positions identified at your local branch as bonus-eligible Hot Jobs. Upon referring a qualified individual who works a minimum of 35 hours per week for 5 consecutive weeks, you will receive a $500 Hot Jobs referral bonus. Contact your local branch manager to find out what is on the Hot Job list today.

Workway Workout Referral: This is our standard referral program and relates to all non-Hot Job related positions. Upon referring a qualified individual who works a minimum of 35 hours per week for 5 consecutive weeks, you will receive a $200 Hot Workway Workout Referral bonus.

Please Note: The bonus will be paid in a lump sum. It is non-base pay, subject to Federal and State taxes, and not included as compensation for purposes of retirement calculations. The person who you refer MUST include your name as a referral on their application. There is no limit to the number of employees you may refer. Workway processes payouts monthly.
