The primary purpose of the Processor position is to apply proper processing procedures in obtaining documentation essential for completing a mortgage application package and obtaining subsequent approval. This will involve acquiring knowledge of marketing programs and underwriting guidelines according to secondary market sources (FNMA/FHLMC, RFC, FHA, VA and private investors).

Receive and complete setup of new incoming mortgage applications. Send and follow up on verifications to employers, depository firms, creditors, etc. Prepare and analyze a final Loan Transmittal Summary Submission Sheet, along with all required and supportive documentation/information for the underwriter

EDU/EXP: A high school diploma is required.
