Roger Iris is the President of Burbank based Workway. Iris assumed his current position in March of 2008 after serving as Executive Vice President. Iris is responsible for all strategic planning and business operations across the Workway operating units with 12 offices in 8 states. Since joining the company in July 2005, Iris has overseen the company’s deployment and execution of a growth plan that saw Workway grow from a startup operation to a mature staffing company with annual sales of fifty one million in four years. Iris has achieved this growth by attracting top industry talent who are focused on client satisfaction and execution. In 2009 Workway was ranked #64 in Inc. 500's fastest growing private companies and number one in the category of Human Resources.

Prior to joining Workway, Iris was President of the Kforce OnStaff Group. Iris was responsible for marketing, business development and growing the division’s revenue and profitability while overseeing the integration of OnStaff into Kforce as part of Kforce’s acquisition of Hall Kinion. Iris directed four regional managers and was responsible for the overall performance of 23 field offices. At Hall Kinion Iris was Executive Vice President and helped grow OnStaff's revenue three-fold in several years. Serving as lead in revamping recruitment and training of the Company's career representatives, he also led the successful negotiations of major accounts including Fidelity Financial, Wells Fargo and Chase. Iris first joined the staffing industry in 1999 as Southern California Regional Manager for Title Temps/OnStaff. At OnStaff Iris’ ability to manage a sales force and grow revenue resulted in a promotion to National Staffing Manager prior to OnStaff’s acquisition by Hall Kinion.

Diane Prince Johnston acts as Executive Vice President of Workway, Inc., based in Burbank, California. Shareholder and member of the board, Prince Johnston oversees and participates in operations and management of Workway. Prince Johnston is a founder of Workway, which was incorporated in 2005.

Vantage Staffing Network, 2004-2005
Diane Prince Johnston helped to found this woman and minority owned vendor management enterprise. Prince Johnston participated in management and sales of Vantage, growing the company from zero to $42 million in revenue in one year. At the end of the first year, Vantage Staffing sold its operations to Axiom Global.

During 2002 – 2005 Diane Prince Johnston respected a non-compete clause and did not work in the staffing industry.

Onstaff 1996 – 2002
Diane Prince Johnston co-founded Onstaff (formerly Title Temps). Prince Johnston participated in every aspect of the privately held staffing company including accounting and payroll, sales and marketing, recruiting and staffing, business planning and forecasting, During its six years with Prince Johnston as majority owner, Onstaff grew from zero to $32 million before selling the organization to Hall Kinion. Under Prince Johnston’s ownership, Onstaff was WEBENC certified.

Over 17 years of staffing industry experience including management, business development, operations and recruiting; Jennifer started her staffing career in 1991 working for a privately owned full service staffing firm; starting as a Recruiter and within a 5 year period held the position of Vice President. Jennifer displays expertise in opening new offices, organically growing business and building new niches; currently overseeing 6 branch offices, managing a regional revenue budget of $12m and a team of Direct Hire Recruiters that generated over $750k in 2007.

Jennifer has received multiple awards during her staffing career which include 2003 Top Region of the Year (Kforce OnStaff Group) and 2004 Top Gun Award (Kforce Onstaff Group) not to mention multiple Leadership awards both at Marquee Staffing and Kforce/Onstaff Group. She has continued involvement with the American Banking Association, Mortgage Bankers Association, Western Regional Mortgage Bankers, National Center for Credit Unions, California Credit Union League, National Association Mortgage Bankers-West, California Escrow Association, American Resort Development Association, Financial Women’s International and Banking Association International.

Kevin manages operations and budgets including P & L analysis; training, coaching and development of a team of successful recruiters and sales professionals; and obtains clients specializing in the Mortgage, Title, Banking, Legal and Administrative Industries.

Previously, Kevin managed East Coast operations for OnStaff with offices in ten major metropolitan areas.
