As an associate of Workway what is our relationship?

When you register with Workway and are placed into a temporary or temp-to-hire position you are an employee of Workway. Workway pays your weekly pay, direct deposit if you desire, withdraws your taxes and social security and offers a benefit package. If you are placed in a direct hire position you become the employee of the company for which you are working. The company pays a placement fee to Workway in compensation for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and testing applicants.

What kind of companies use Workway?

Workway places individuals in a wide range of positions as well as with a wide range of employers. Some of our positions are with large corporations and others are small businesses with only a handful of employees. Workway also staffs for municipalities and the educational sector.

Will it cost me anything to register with Workway?

Registering at Workway is at no cost to you. The job seeker does not have to pay a placement or service fee.

Does Workway provide benefits?

Workway offers benefits packages to all of its associates, regardless of length of service. The benefits package includes health insurance, direct deposit and weekly pay.

If I see a position available on your job search area which I feel would be a good fit for me, how should I proceed?

Call or email the contact person listed in the job listing. If there is no contact person listed call 877-496-7592 and reference the job listing by job title and location and if there is a job number that is helpful to cite as well.
