Customer Service Representative – Bloomington, MN 55425
Pay Rate: $12.50/hr
Fifty (50) positions available

Hours: Mon – Fri (7a-7p) MUST be able to work a shift during these hours

Job Description:
Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls from Appraisers, Loan Officers and Borrowers concerning appraisal orders. Enhance existing customer relationships through superior quality service.

•  Answering client and appraiser phone calls.
• Answering client and appraiser related emails.
• Performing order related follow-ups. This involved outbound phone calls to the client and appraisers.

Experience/Requirements:

• 2 years Customer Service experience.
• Strong customer service and problem solving abilities.
• Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to efficiently handle and solve multiple phone inquiries.
• Demonstrated excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Lending/Appraisal industry knowledge a plus, but not required

Office environment

• Qualified candidates must be able to:
• Provide seven years verifiable work history (names, addresses, phone numbers, accurate dates of employment)
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Successfully pass a county criminal background investigation
• Provide detailed information for highest degree obtained (high school diploma, GED or college/university)
